  •  Children's Fund            

    The mission of the Monroe County School's Children's Fund is to provide necessary personal items for economically disadvantaged students
    in order to improve their self-esteem and confidence and to foster the development of emotionally stable children.
         A school employee MUST refer students for this service.  Also, students MUST have a genuine need which is directly hindering academic development or physical health in order to utilize this service.

  • Back Pack Food for Kids Program
           Supplies weekend food bags to students.

  • School Supplies (For Monroe County Students in need)
  • Hygiene Supplies (For Monroe County Students and families in need)
  • T.A.P ( Technology Access Program)
          The Tellico Village Computer Users Club gives FREE refurbished computers to families (households) that do not already have a computer (laptop, ipad, tablet, etc.).  To use this program you must be referred by the FRC.

  • Kindergarten Registration
         Conducted in the spring at each of the five county elementary  schools.  (More info available under upcoming events and in the local  newspapers.)


  • Clothing Closet
        If your child needs clothing assistance or if you would like to donate gently used, school clothes to benefit the
       students of Monroe County, please contact the FRC.


          
           
  • Kids on the Block Puppets
            The FRC is currently looking for volunteer puppeteers to take this program into the county schools for short presentations.  If you or your club/organization is interested, please contact the FRC.
