Other Important Information:
Students must be 5 years old on or before August 15, 2013 to enroll for the 2014-2015 school year.
Before your child may start school in the fall, a school physical and a Tennessee Certificate of Immunizations will be required. Please check with your health care provider on what immunizations will be needed in order to start school.
What you will need for Kindergarten Registration:
- Bring your child - vision, hearing, dental screening and skills assessments will be conducted
- Certified birth certificate, not the mother's copy (a TN birth certificate can be obtained at the Monroe County Health Department)
- Social Security Card
